My husband has held a driving licence for 10 years. We don't own a car and never have done as we couldn't afford it but fortunately we lived in London so we had good use of public transport. Buyer wants to buy my car but has no driver license & insurance?

Hello, I listed my car on craiglist a week ago and now just got a buyer who wants to buy it. The problem is this person has no driver license and proof of insurance. He's only 19 years old. I have the pink slip with me and also written a bill of sale. What should I do? I don't want to be liable if this buyer gets into car accident or traffic tickets. I was told to remove the license plates and notify the DMV ASAP. I'm from California by the way. Thanks

So my husband has 2 kids from 1st wife, daughter is 16 and just got license, ex states he is REQUIRED to pay the difference in her car insurance to add the minor, just curious if anyone knows if this is true. Her policy for 6 months went up $350 to add the minor and I don't think that is our responsibility she doesn't drive our cars ever. She is asking for 1/2 of this $350, the girl has a job shouldn't we be teaching her the responsibility of paying her 1/2 of the car insurance?

Auto Insurance student discount with an incomplete grade?

For the auto insurance student discount I am required to be a full time student with a 3.00 or above. This semester I took 14 units, but the last 5 units are of a class that is incomplete . On my transcript it will show the grade for the other classes as A's and the last 5 unit class as an I. Would this have an adverse effect on my auto insurance policy? I am still a full time student with above a 3.00, but I had the grade for the class as incomplete instead of finishing it.

Can I buy a car and drive it with a provisional license with a friend who has a full license and insurance for their own car with me? I asking because I don't know how insurance works, but I know someone who has a full license, insurance and own car can let you drive it if you have a provisional license. I'm in the UK btw.

Can someone tell me what in network and out of network means? I applied for my health benefits today and the lady had me soooo confused. I understand that an in network doctor will save me money. Does an in network doctor mean they accept my insurance and out of network they don't accept it? LOL this is my first time having private insurance so i'm not quite sure what all of this means!

When will america pass a similar law. Not everyone is the same. Girl drivers are the worst, how on earth could their insurance be lower than ours when half the time they are in the car they are laughing so hard into their cellphone that they can't see anything but the roof of their cars. Mix a bunch of girls in one car and it gets even worse. And don't try to say it's because of statistics, obviously since there are more male drivers than female drivers there are going to be more crashes and etc.

Insurance Premium Increase?

I got into a car accident last month..i hit a BMW that caused it to bump into a Mercedes in the accident. (The accident was on the highway) The Mercedes just has a scratch on the back bumper, and I'm pretty sure the BMW needs to replace the back bumper i hit, and probably some scratches in the front... does anyone know about how much this will all cost for repairs?
